Founded in 1974 by Lloyd Kaufman and Michael Herz, Troma Entertainment has been busy crushing heads, righting wrongs and firmly giving the middle finger to the establishment for 50 straight years. Along their way they have produced and distributed over 1000 movies and short films in that time (not to mention the infamous TROMAS EDGE TV series which first aired in the UK on Channel 4 back in 2000).
Shunned by the mainstream, Troma have carved their own niche. Supported by a tightknit group of loyal fans that help push Troma forward, taking their DIY ethic and no-holds-barred approach to film making to disgustingly glorious new heights.
So come with us and take a trip to Tromaville as we celebrate in style with a double feature of movies from the Troma library, DJ's playing Troma related music and soundtracks as well as a Tromaric quiz with some special prizes up for grabs!

Welcome to TROMAVILLE, NEW JERSEY – a small American town, terrorized by criminals. The town’s corrupt mayor sits idly by, while muggers, robbers and teenage punks victimize helpless citizens. Among the residents of Tromaville is MELVIN, a nerdy emaciated janitor at the local health club. That is, until he becomes THE TOXIC AVENGER! A gang of thugs devise a cruel hoax that goes horribly wrong as Melvin is cast through a third story window into a vat of hazardous toxic waste. However, an unexpected metamorphosis takes place. As the chemicals take hold of his body, Melvin turns into the TOXIC AVENGER, doer of good, and brutal mauler of evil! The rest, as they say, is history!

When the American Chicken Bunker, a military themed fast food restaurant, builds its latest chain restaurant on the site of an ancient Native American burial ground, the displaced spirits take revenge on unsuspecting diners and transform them into chicken zombies! Now, it’s up to a dimwitted counter boy, his collegiate lesbian ex-girlfriend and a burqa-wearing fry cook to put an end to the foul feathered menace once and for all.
