Join us for a 1 NIGHT ONLY experience at the Stamford Grand Glenelg.
Your journey begins with a 45min Breath Work & Flow class run by NXT LEVEL WELLNESS owner Ben Wade.
After a short break, tea and chats we will start your Floating Sound Bath experience over sunset and a starry nights sky.
This 90min Sound Bath experience by Chris from Harmonic Essence incorporates Bowls, Gongs, Drums and Voice.
Sound and vibration therapies are a way to balance our energies, our frequencies, our emotions, re-set and ultimately an ancient and proven form of healing.
Chris has the ability to take you to a place of peace and harmony. His instruments create a soundscape that can not only take you deep within yourself, but also to a place far away from the day to day hustle and bustle of life.
This is truly a one of a kind event and a first for Adelaide.
