(The workout is open to anyone ages 14 and up and is perfect for all fitness levels! 💪)
We have DSC’s very own, Coach Delaine, running the Boston Marathon this year on behalf of this amazing organization and all proceeds will be going straight to her fundraising goal for 50 Legs! Suggested donation will be $20/person & we also have these shirts available for purchase to wear on the day! 👏
