SHAKTI refers to power or "The Force." In this level, you awaken the dormant force within to reprogram yourself at a very deep cellular level. We move on a journey from darkness to light. To make this journey fruitful, we clear our lower dark domains, including muladhara and the area below (legs area), to establish a solid foundation to support the rising. We also begin learning techniques that cause surges of Maha Prana, preparing for a Kundalini awakening and rising.Course topics:
