Welcome to our 50 Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training taught by Paula McAdams of Yoga Meditation Healing and accredited by Yoga Alliance Professionals. We provide an immersive, comprehensive and integrative course which weaves together yin yoga theory and practice to deepen your knowledge, understanding, practice and experience.
We offer 38 contact hours and place an emphasis on the art of teaching yin yoga with time dedicated to experiential and practical learning and teaching.
This training takes place in-person in our Yoga Meditation Healing studio in the West End of Glasgow.
Dates for 2024:
Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th October
Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th October
Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd November
Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th November
The total cost is £550.
