Join an Allegheny Land Trust Educator on our 50+ Walking Series, sponsored by AARP Pennsylvania. Geared for those ages 50 and up, we will hike ALT’s properties over moderate terrain and distances, taking plenty of breaks to stop and learn about our local flora and fauna. This hike will get your hands dirty! We'll discuss pollinators of PA on the hike, and at the end we'll make "seed bombs" of native plants to launch into the meadows of Audubon! Experience the beauty of these local spaces and learn how they contribute towards building a more livable community for people of all ages.Events run rain or shine.
