Free Admission for sellers
Game them 6:35. Please arrive by 6:00pm to be ready to sell.
Asks:
Please have your families show up at least 30 minutes prior to game time.
The ticket sales booth is always set-up at the back side of Witter Field.
We will need several attendees to sell tickets throughout the complex on each assigned night
Please assign a group-sponsor to coordinate picking up the raffle tickets, money kit, and WRYSA banner from a Fundraising Committee member. Have your group-sponsor text Jamie @ 715-572-4470 to arrange supply pick-up.
Please have your players wear their WRYSA tournament jersey
