On June 9th it will officially be 5 years since Coach Mo and Coach Chelsie started SWEAT in the PARK and we want to celebrate with EVERYONE! Members past and present, group training members, semi-private members, personal training members, everyone!!!! We are inviting you to join us for a special park park workout (SWEAT, Kickboxing, and Yin Yoga) at 11am and stay afterwards for a BBQ picnic.
Please RSVP by Thursday, June 6th via our booking platform. If you are bring a parter, friend or child(ren) send us a message to let us know.

MoFitness will be providing the BBQ meat offerings as well as a variety of beverages plates, napkins, etc...but we ask that you bring a dish for others to enjoy. (salads, fruits, desserts, snacks, whatever you want). I would suggest avoiding any nut based foods for safety. And if you want to bring an alcoholic beverage, feel free (no glass).
*In case of rain we will either change the day to the 9th (Sunday) or the following weekend (TBD).
** If you aren't up for a workout but would like to join the picnic (or vice versa) you are more than welcome to do that, we'd love to see you either way!
