On 1 November 2025, we come together to mark a meaningful milestone. Exactly five years since our very first online gathering, this afternoon will be both a remembrance of the stories we have carried and a celebration of the community we have grown together. You are invited to an afternoon of reflection, movement, storytelling, and shared food as we celebrate connection, and the healing power of community.PROGRAMME
3:00 – 3:30 pm: Welcome & Gathering
3:30 – 3:45 pm: Celebration Circle (led by Sara)
A grounding opening to honour our five-year journey
3:45 – 4:45 pm: Celebrating the Body (led by Poorna)
A Somatic Experiencing session to reconnect with strength and trust in the body
5:00 – 6:00 pm: Celebrating Voices from the Community (facilitated by Nel & Sara)
A collective ritual that celebrates the stories, reflections, and wisdom of group members
6:00 – 7:30 pm – Community Feast
A shared meal where each member brings a food or drink item representing a gift of connection, love, or support
