About this Event
It's a new year and we are a brand new gym! Here at Vision Athletics we will be hosting a 5 Weeks to Fit course to help our community achieve their fitness goals. In these 5 weeks, we guarantee great workouts, knowledge about how to exercise properly, and you will be training with like-minded individuals throughout your time here. The training days will be Monday/Wednesday mornings @8:30am, as well as Tuesday/Thursday evenings @5:30pm. We recommend starting out with two training sessions a week; however, if you feel up to it you are more than welcome to train more. This course is offered to anyone and everyone! Whether you've been working out for years or this is your first time we will tailor each workout to your individual experience level.
