Welcome to Water Lilies Community Hub πΈ
Come and join us for 5 weeks of Yoga, every Tuesday at 7.30 PM starting on 4th of November.
Each class takes you on a full circle: from intuitive warm up with cat&cows shapes, building heat in vinyasa flows, all using breath to keep the mind focused. The practices are challenging and rewarding with final rest at the end you'll be longing for.
Don't forget to bring your mat and a water bottle!
π€ΈπΌββοΈ Who's the teacher?
I'm Paulina - I practice vinyasa yoga and outside of the mat I'm a business owner and finance professional. My practices are inspired by my work, or rather a way to balance it and give my mind a break. It's not for beginners, but those who want to learn the self control of the mind through their bodies.
β‘οΈ What these classes really feel like?
My students often say that these classes make them feel super energized, not the kind of heart pumping way you wouldn't want at 8.30pm, but in a focused and calm way.
