A 5 week course specially designed to support you mentally and physically through those early weeks and months after birth right up until you baby is on the move.A way to reconnect to your body and help with a smooth transition into motherhood.
Slow flowing sequences that focus on gently rebuilding your strength, core and pelvic floor and breathing and relaxation techniques to calm your mind and nervous system.
Baby can be by your side, join in or you can come alone.
Meet other families and build your support network.
Suitable from 6 weeks post vaginal birth and 8 weeks post c-section until your baby is on the move.
Please be assured these are really friendly and informal classes and it is my job to put you at ease. You will be free to feed, comfort and change your baby whenever you need to. Although I have planned the course I will always be flexible and try to tailor the class to your needs on the day. You are also welcome to come without your baby if you have childcare.
I also stream the class on zoom should you be unable to attend in person one week . I then send a weekly email with tips and ideas and the class recording so you can continue your practise at home.
