Five-week Yoga course starting on Sunday the 17th of August, 7pm at Taff Meadow Community Centre, Treforest. Come and lower stress, increase your energy levels and build strength in body and mind. This is a great way to wind down on Sunday evening before the week starts. We will start slow and build up.
**Class dates: August 17th, *1 week break*, August 31st, September 7th, 14th, *1 week break*, September 28th
If you would like to join an ongoing Yoga class - every 5 weeks is different.
What is included?
🟠Five one-hour classes of traditional Gitananda Yoga - if you miss a class for any reason, you are welcome to attend any other class in the schedule, at a time that suits you.
🟠Short online videos to practise at home between classes. Handouts to deepen your Yoga practise.
🟠Organic chocolate to welcome you to class one.
🟠A Gong Bath relaxation in class five.
