What You'll Experience
Expert Guidance: This course is taught by local Maitland yoga teacher, Harry Ford, with 20 years experience teaching Yoga, Zen Shiatsu, Stretch therapy, Chinese Medicine and specialising in back health.
Comprehensive Approach: Over five weeks, you'll learn a progressive series of yoga poses and exercises specifically tailored to alleviate back pain, increase flexibility, and strengthen core muscles. Each session is crafted to address common issues like stiffness, tension, and poor posture. We will also explore how Chinese Medicine, diet and lifestyle choices can also play a big part in improving back health and reducing pain.
Personalised Attention: This course is limited to 15 students to ensure personalised attention and modifications. So whether you're a beginner or experienced yogi, you'll feel supported and able to work at your own pace in a safe environment.
Practical Tools: Gain valuable insights into proper alignment, ergonomic tips for daily life, online content for home practice, dietary plans and relaxation techniques to manage stress and enhance overall well-being.
