This course is open to all levels, including beginners. Over 5 weeks, we’ll move through gentle flows, some core work, deeper stretches, and relaxation. No need to be flexible or experienced, just come as you are, enjoy taking time for yourself and leave feeling grounded, open, and more at ease in your body.What to expect:
