Five-week Yoga course starting on Sunday the 5th of October, 5:30pm at Taff Meadow Community Centre, Treforest. Come and lower stress, increase your energy levels and build strength in body and mind. We will work through Pranayama, Asana and Kriya.
This class offers more of a physical challenge as well as more in depth Pranayama and relaxation. This is a great way to wind down on Sunday evening before the week starts. We will start slow and build up.
If you would like to join an ongoing Yoga class - every 5 weeks is different.
What is included?
🟠Five one-hour ten-minute classes of traditional Gitananda Yoga - if you miss a class for any reason, you are welcome to attend any other class in the schedule, at a time that suits you.
🟠Short online videos to practise at home between classes. Handouts to deepen your Yoga practise.
🟠Organic chocolate to welcome you to class one.
🟠A Gong Bath relaxation in class five.
