Who’s it for? This free workshop is community based and open to everyone
What you will learn?
This is a 1.5 hour interactive and engaging workshop, exploring the 5 Ways to Wellbeing.
We will discuss the differences between physical health and mental health & wellbeing. In addition, we will look at 5 different ways in which you can begin to support your own wellbeing.
