Our Facilitator
Tracy is a seasoned professional with two decades of experience in product development across diverse cultures, leading teams in the UK, China, Italy, and Slovakia.
As a woman thriving in a male-dominated environment, Tracy has firsthand experience of the challenges faced by underrepresented groups. This fuels her passion for cultivating inclusive and thriving business cultures that empower all individuals.
Currently, Tracy shares her expertise as a mentor to businesses, specializing in design thinking, product development, and fostering successful business cultures. She extends her coaching to various organizations and mentoring programs, where her guidance continues to inspire and drive transformative change
