This tour is to celebrate the release of Legendary Chilly Bill Rankin new single titled "The Turning Point" Where Do i Go From Here. Written by Award winning music producer Robert L Jamison featuring International Guitarist Chester Chandler aka Memphis Gold. The three are from Memphis TN and is now touring with Grammy Nominated Andre Ray former lead singer of L.T.D. with 5 Stars Music Group after their last performance at Catch One Night Club in Los Angeles California. For Chilly it doesn't stop their Chilly Bill is also a member of The Mad Lads a recording group from Stax Records. He takes it even further; Chilly is an awesome lead singer in the Bluff City and throughout Northern & Southern CA including on his International Tour in Spain and Italy at the Porretta soul Festival in Spain.

Now-a-days when most of the old school singers and/or groups are hard to find or... no longer around, for whatever reason, Memphis TN based R&B and Blues singer William Chilly Bill Rankin has the skills needed to successfully step up to the plate and carry the musical torch all the way to center stage and work it large or small. Grammy Nominated Andre Ray is The Former Lead Singer for L.T.D. Ray replaced Jeffery Osborne in the 80's when he embarked on his solo career. Andre Ray wrote and recorded the hit single April Love on L.T.D. Greatest Hits Album. Andre Ray just released his new Gospel Album titled Heaven's Arm Executive Producer Robert L Jamison.
