Explore connection, communication, and self-discovery in a supportive space.
Polyamory can offer profound joy, freedom, and creativity in relationships. Yet it also brings distinctive challenges: navigating multiple connections, balancing time and energy, moving through jealousy, communicating complex needs, and facing social stigma.
After the first group therapy series in last year and the thoughtful, positive feedback we received, we’re happy to share that we’re offering a new round in February and March. This time, the program will include five three-hour sessions, creating more space for sharing, reflection, and learning together.
The group therapy grew out of a series of conversations and gatherings around polyamory. Through these exchanges, we sensed a strong desire for a stable, trusted space where people could continue exploring, processing experiences, and growing together. That desire is what inspired this offering.
The first round, held in October and November last year, was deeply meaningful and opened the door to greater understanding and stronger connections within our community. We’re excited to build on that experience with this second round.
Group therapy is a unique chance to discover more about yourself, not only as an individual but in relation to others. By sharing and listening to each other’s experiences, we begin to see ourselves in new ways. Every encounter leaves an imprint; we shape and are shaped by those we meet.
In this group you’ll explore how you relate to different people and gain fresh insights into your own patterns. Many find that the process brings a sense of relief and belonging, feeling less alone in their thoughts and emotions.
Across five sessions, we will explore polyamory from different perspectives. Each session will grow organically from the stories, questions, and needs shared by the group, allowing the themes to stay alive and relevant.
The group will agree to keep everything shared confidential. After the first meeting, the group is not open for new joiners. Joining all sessions is key to building trust and creating a steady, supportive space.
