You are warmly invited to join me for a 5Rhythms Dance Wave on Sunday, March 1st from 10am to 12pm at the Satori Healing Center in Chico, CA.
This is a safe, gentle and playful sanctuary to move back into your body, release what no longer serves, and reconnect with your own inner rhythm. Together we will travel through the 5Rhythms wave with breath, awareness, and open-hearted presence. There is no choreography and nothing to get right. Simply arrive as you are and let your body speak.
These mornings often become a tender and joyous reset for the nervous system… a space to ground, to sweat, to soften, to pray through movement, and to remember your aliveness.
All bodies and all levels of experience are welcome. venmo or cash only (suggested $20...) bring your water bottle, park on the street and come dressed for dance.
