5RhythmsTM workshop, Heartbeat LevelVOICE OF THE HEART
In this workshop, we will use movement to anchor our experience and exploration in an alive body. Dance that awakens, connects and realigns different aspects of our being. We will invite our heart into that dance, allowing it to soften, express, open, close, shatter, reassemble, heal .... This time inviting our voice as well, with an intention to root it in the depths of our heart, thus cleaning and empowering this channel for the expressing our truth.
