1 Day Meditation WorkshopThis event is for both beginners to have the opportunity to try different types of meditation and for experienced meditators to share their experiences.
It's held in my beautiful meditation room so places are limited to 5 only.
The course will include:
Akashic Records
Go into your soul records to see what you've learned from past lives and what you need to learn in this life
Shadow Work
Connect and nurture your shadow self. This is the parts of our soul and personality that we don't like or are ashamed of to enable you to balance the dark and light which is inside all of us.
Chakra Balancing
Feel well by balancing your mind, body and soul through your chakras
Deep Relaxation
Learn how to relax all aspects of yourself by grounding, body awareness, visualisation and gratitude. A true pampering meditation.
All meditations are recorded to enable you to access them after the workshop.
Many people think "I can't do it" when they begin to meditate but it literally only takes practise to start to feel the massive benefits gained from meditation.
If you can picture what a tree looks like in your head, then you can visualise and meditate. If you can't then experiences for you will be more subtle feelings than visions.
Refreshments will be provided but you either need to bring your own lunch or we've got a fish and chip shop that delivers or a fab cafe that delivers everything you can think of, including Sunday Dinners.
Your investment in your development for this course is £50 which includes a full days tuition, course material and refreshments.
A £25 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your place, however if you cancel with enough notice and I am able to fill the place or I choose to cancel, then I will refund your deposit.
It's on a first pay basis, sorry, no exceptions. Showing yourself as attending the event does NOT secure your place.
If you'd like to pay in installments before the event, that can be arranged by messaging me.
Please note that we have 5 beautiful dogs. If you are scared of dogs we'll do our best to keep them from you but it's their home so you might accidentally meet in the hall way or if you are allergic to them or don't like dogs, it's not the right place for you to learn.
Course times will be 10am to 5.30pm
