Getting too little sleep can have a devastating impact on our lives, affecting our mood, our memory and concentration and weakening our immunity. It can also increase our blood pressure, lead to weight gain, lower our sex drive and give us poor balance. And to think we might be blaming the peri-menopause for all of that!
In this 5 Nights of Sleep Programme I'll be sharing a series of short exercises that you can do whilst in bed, to aid sleep. We'll meet at 9.30pm for 5 conescutive nights, starting on Sunday 21st September. After a short chat, I'll share the exercise with you. You are very welcome to be in bed already so you can drift off it that works for you. No need to have your camera on - so no judgments about your duvet cover! You will also have the recordings to keep in the longer-term, so can return to these as many times as you'd like to.
The course starts on Sunday 21st September - Thursday 25th September, 9.30-9.50pm each night. We'll meet on zoom. The cost of the course is £20, which includes the recordings to keep. Reduced rate available.

Susie will be your facilitator for these sessions. Susie worked as a Social Worker within Criminal Justice for 20 years, and is passionate about helping people to make difficult changes. Since the beginning of 2017, Susie has been delivering mindfulness within her local community in Falkirk. She co-founded Pause & Breathe CIC with her husband, Phil Blackburn and is delighted to have opened two Community Wellbeing Centres within the Falkirk area - bringing people together in community.
