Join me for a Five Element Sound Meditation, a guided exploration of Water, Wood, Fire, Earth, and Metal.
Wednesday, February 25 | 6:00–7:30pm
This class is designed for anyone curious about the Five Elements and how they show up in our bodies, emotions, and energy. We’ll begin with a gentle introduction to each element, its qualities, rhythms, and emotional expressions, and then settle into a guided sound meditation where you’ll experience each element through visualization and vibration.
This is a still, receptive experience. No movement. No prior knowledge needed.
All bodies and experience levels are welcome.
Please bring anything you need to be comfortable lying down for an extended period (blankets, pillow, bolster, layers, eye pillow, journal if desired).
