Meet the team:
* Florence Achery will be your host and will hold space.
She will also hold a sound bath on the Wednesday evening.
Florence is a sound healer from London. She graduated from the College Of Sound Healing and works with 432hz crystal singing bowls and Tibetan singing bowls.
Sound healing is incredibly powerful. It enables you to fully switch off and let go of the “monkey chatter“. It is known to help with anxiety, insomnia, stress and can rebalance the nervous system and heal on a deep cellular level.
** Yasmin Strutt will be your yoga teacher.
Yasmin, based in Cheshire, is an experienced Yoga instructor, holistic nutritionist and plant-based chef dedicated to nurturing the mind, body and soul. Her journey with yoga began in 2014 as a personal tool to manage anxiety, leading her to complete a 200-hour Hatha Yoga certification, followed by advanced training in Vinyasa, Yin, Pranayama, and meditation.
"Whether you are a seasoned yogi or you are new to the practice, time on the mat is always time well spent."
*** Pepy Keegan will hold a wreath making workshop.
In keeping with the winter theme, we will indulge in a wreath making (or table centerpiece) workshop with local floral artist Pepy Keegan.
Pepy says: "Be inspired to create a Christmas wreath that is very natural and wild, very fresh, slightly magical, with the spirit of ‘just foraged’ in the Dales !
A relaxed, friendly and informal workshop.
All your materials are collected locally and include a generous selection of firs and mixed foliage and I will encourage you to include more unusual dried, natural decorative elements. I have a gorgeous selection of velvet, crushed velvet, satin, and jute ribbons.
Lots of colours and textures. And a little Indian tinkling bell to finish it off !"
Partner Charity:
£25 from every booking will be donated to a chosen charity - Partner charity to be confirmed.
