About this Event
The purpose is not to develop a belief system but rather to serve as a guide to see clearly
the nature of mind.
Vipassana was discovered by the Buddha and is a path that leads the meditator to gradually
free himself from the influence of internal impurities until he reaches Liberation.
One of the fundamental principles in Buddhism is that joy and pain, happiness, suffering depend on the mind creating the reality that one experiences.
The world in which we move is the common result of the acts we do individually and collectively.
Since all aspects of our lives are permeated with suffering,
we must do something that helps us in our daily life.
In this 5-day Vipassana retreat, sitting meditations lasting 45 minutes each session alternate with walking meditations, as well as developing a warm heart through the teachings of Metta Bhavana.
It is open to people who want to find peace and develop a kind heart.
The only thing we can do in the face of such uneasiness is to improve our adaptability to the circumstances that are presented to us.
The focus of this retreat is to gain a deep experience of this state that calms distractions and brings us happiness.
