Immerse yourself in a five day in-depth exploration of the Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series with two of the world’s leading teachers, Kino and Tim for a powerful and transformative course of study.
This week long immersion is perfect for students and teachers alike. Through five afternoon sessions we will focus on the foundations of practice - asana, anatomy, technique, and alignment for most poses in the Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series.
Tim and Kino weave in essential elements of a practice based on asana and beyond, so that students can understand what yoga really is.
