Chef Scott Bacon of Fennec Nomadic Restaurant and Chef Catina Smith of Our Time Kitchen present a 5 course Korean BBQ inspired tasting experience in the beautfiul Backyard at OTK. The evening begins with a welcome reception featuring small bites and a paired Non-alcholic cocktail. Guests will then be seated at a communal table for a 5 course tasting dinner with NA pairings that will feature Maryland Beef and seafood, cooked over coals tableside, and soul food inspired Banchan using produce from local farms.
