✨ Sacred Conversation & Intention Setting – Each session begins in community, opening space for authentic connection. Together, we’ll set intentions and co-create a healing environment where transformation can unfold.

✨ Auricular Acupuncture – You’ll then be guided into a private room to receive a gentle yet powerful five-point acupuncture treatment targeting channels in the ears. This ancient practice supports the release of stagnant energy and invites balance into the body and mind.

✨ Immersive Sound Bath – As the acupuncture takes effect, you’ll be enveloped in the soothing frequencies of a sound bath. The resonance of crystal bowls and other instruments amplifies your healing experience, creating a profound sense of relaxation and renewal.
