This will be our longest training run which will be 23 miles in length. We will run over 5 bridges and cover most of the NYC Marathon route. Start and end will be at Tavern on the Green in Central Park (W 67th St & Central Park West). We will go from Tavern on the Green to 59th St where we will go East to 1st Avenue. We will travel down 1st Avenue to the Williamsburg Bridge (bridge #1). Once over the bridge, we will continue east until we get to Humboldt Street where will make a left. We will continue on Humboldt until McGuiness Blvd. We will stay on McGuiness and cross over the Pulaski Bridge (bridge #2). Once in Queens, we will stay on 11th St until Queens Plaza S. We will turn right and then left onto the Pedestrian path for the Queensboro Bridge (Bridge #3). Once in Manhattan, we will continue north on 1st Avenue all the way to the Willis Avenue Bridge (bridge #4). Once in the Bronx, we make a left on 135th St, right on Alexander Avenue, left on 138th St., right on Morris Avenue, left on 140th St, left on Rider Avenue, then right on 138th St to the Madison Avenue Bridge (bridge #5). Once over the bridge, we will make a right on 135th St, then a left on 5th Avenue where we will continue until we get to 90th when we go into Central Park. We will continue on East Drive in the Park until we get to 59th St. We will turn right onto 59th St and continue until Columbus Circle where we will turn right into the Park and continue straight where we will finish at Tavern on the Green!
