This Thursday, July 4th,10- 11 am Ty will be offering a Multi - Level practice at the amphitheater. All are welcome, beginners to advanced. Donation Based (suggested $7- $12)Remember, this is a blended class. If you want to use a chair all or part of the time, bring a sturdy folding chair with you to the lake. When using a chair at the lake, I do recommend also bring a mat if you can. Not using a chair, no problem!
This is an inclusive, all levels class.
