The Channel Islands Harbor 4th of July Family Parade is back! The parade begins at 10:30 a.m. at Albacore Way, travels north up Harbor Blvd. and ends at Cabezone Circle, home to Marine Emporium Landing. Participants should start gathering at 10 a.m.You must have a 4th of July Family Parade form filled out and submitted prior to participating. On July 4th, there will be a sign-in table at the corner of Harbor Blvd. and Albacore Way – the start of the parade route.
