Whether you’re in the U.S. or inthe UK, this event lets you run, walk, or jog any distance, anywhere, at your own pace to celebrate freedom and fitness. WHAT’S INVOLVED?
Run, walk or jog any distance on the 4th of July. We also accept treadmill activities.
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
All participants will receive a beautiful white finisher's medal for their achievement. This medal is made from aluminium and comes with a plain colour ribbon.
HOW DO I SEND MY EVIDENCE?
Once you have completed your challenge, simply go to our website and upload a screenshot of your activity on our secure submission form at https://the-running-bug.com/submit-your-evidence/
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We do accept entries from overseas participants. However, please note that is an extra charge to cover postage costs. In the event that a resident with a non-UK address purchases a standard UK entry, then we reserve the right to refuse the entry and refund in full.
