YOGA NIDRA - 4th Fridays from 7 - 8:15pm
Join us the 4th Friday of every month for this unique experience that invites true peace and relaxation. Yoga Nidra is an ancient and accessible guided meditation practice that soothes the central nervous system, dissolves stress, and prepares us to re-enter the world as more fully ourselves. We practice lying down, or as comfortable as possible, so please feel free to bring your favorite blanket or an eye pillow.
Yoga Nidra has been proven to support healing on a deep physical, mental, and spiritual level, and is currently being used in treating the symptoms of PTSD, insomnia, and cancer. This accessible practice allows us to effortlessly release deep held tensions and unhealthy patterns by learning to observe rather than participate with a busy mind and effortlessly goes directly to the root of the issues arising.
