4th Annual Women's Business Symposium meets The Maximized Man 2022

Created with today's Small Business in mind, the Women's Business Symposium is a weekend full of excitement. It includes masterminding, powerful speakers (who are experts in their field), multiple locations and much more! It is inclusive and serves a diverse population including men and youth.

Symposium topics include partnering/doing business with the government, business banking, business accounting/finance, business insurance, business legal structure, health & wellness, marketing, technology, building a winning business team, community and civic engagement, relationship building, collaboration, innovation and so much more.

WBS is the “Equipment and Demonstrational” movement versus the “empowerment” and “motivational” movement. Although participants leave feeling empowered and motivated, the ultimate goal of the movement is to EQUIP its participants to DO business. This is achieved by stimulating innovative conversations, fostering community collaborations/relationships, making business connections, providing business and financial education, and equipping participants with tools and resources to start, grow and retain their business.

WBS also serves as a resource for men featuring a male symposium connection called The Maximized Man Annual Mastermind & Meetup. This annual meetup is tailored to the needs of the business MAN.

Registration and attendance at Women's Business Symposium-The Maximized Man Event (WBS-TMM) and other activities constitutes an acknowledgement of the risk of COVID-19. This includes, but is not limited to, possible exposure to COVID-19.

By registering and attending the Event, I agree to follow the venue’s applicable restrictions and policies. I agree to temperature checks and possible COVID-19 testing. While (WBS-TMM) and venue have taken preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19, (WBS-TMM) cannot guarantee that its participants, volunteers, members, or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks related to illness, even if arising from the Released parties.

In the event that I do not abide by the restrictions and policies of the venue, and I am asked to leave the Event by the venue, I understand that I will will not be eligible to complete the course. I will be invited to return on another date and time.

I acknowledge that if I am sick, I should not attend the Event. I hereby release and forever discharge (WBS-TMM), affiliated partners, and sponsors, including their directors, officers, employees and volunteers, from any and all claims, losses or demands, including, but not limited to, personal injury and all of the consequences thereof.
