About this Event
The mission of The Summit Project is to honor our state's post-9/11 fallen Service Members and -- through education, fellowship, and physical activity -- provide assurance to their families that these sacrifices will never be forgotten.
The Summit Project is a nonprofit organization dedicated to honoring post-9/11 fallen Service Members from Maine. We honor the fallen by challenging the living on treks and adventures all around the world, carrying tribute stones that uniquely represent each of our fallen Maine heroes and have been selected by their surviving Gold Star Families. By completing these treks, we are able to ensure that the legacies of these great men and women will live on forever.
All proceeds from this event will be used to support the ever-important mission of our organization.
