The 4th Recycle Challenge Parade & Festival is a multinational initiative that celebrates the richness of diversity and is committed to fostering an inclusive environment that respects and values individuals of all races, ethnicities, and backgrounds. Based in New Orleans, The Recycle Challenge reaches global partners in Nigeria, such as The Milliners Association of Nigeria. This year the event coincides with Easter.
