This highly anticipated event will be held at the Sparks Museum & Cultural Center, located at 814 Victorian Avenue, on December 13th from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and December 14th from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Admission is free, making it the perfect opportunity to shop for unique gifts while supporting local artisans.This year’s Craft Fair promises an array of handmade treasures, including one-of-a-kind holiday gifts, bath and body products, iron work, beautifully crafted candles, original artwork, jewelry, teas and spices, and much more. Whether you’re searching for the perfect gift for a loved one or something special for yourself, the fair offers a diverse selection of high-quality, handcrafted goods that are sure to delight.
In addition to the wonderful selection of handmade items, visitors can participate in the event’s raffle for a chance to win fantastic prizes from each vendor, perfect for adding some extra cheer to the holiday season.
The Sparks Museum Craft Fair is a great way to get into the holiday spirit while exploring the unique talents of local artists and craftspeople. Vendors include Ajaba Naturals, Aura Beadworks, Truckee Meadows Candle Co., Woodsong Herbs, Sasquatch Snacks, works by artists Donna Ballard, Marcia Cromie, Tina Drakulich, Christine Gill, Rebecca Hess, and local author Stephen Provost.
Patrons are also encouraged to visit the exhibits of the Sparks Heritage Museum, which boasts 4,000 square feet of indoor exhibit space featuring a permanent gallery highlighting the history and heritage of Sparks and changing galleries that feature a wide variety of historic, artistic, and cultural themes.
The Museum is located at 814 Victorian Avenue, in the heart of Sparks’ historic downtown district. Assigned parking is available behind the building and accessible via C Street. Patrons parking there should ask the front desk attendants for a parking day pass to place on the dash of their car. Parking may also be available on Victorian Avenue and the first floor of The Deco apartments.
