✨️Come join Beyond Yoga & Wellness at the 4th annual SOBER IN THE PARK September 27th from 1-5pm in Palmer MA! Sober in the Park is a family Friendly Event where ALL pathways to wellness & recovery are welcome. There is support & community for those affected by recovery, those who are in active recovery, as well as those healing or facing trauma directly or indirectly caused by addicition.
🫶If you or a loved one has been in recovery this a great chance to meet and network with like minded individuals, organizations, & groups.
🫶There will be many vendors, local businesses, music, and So much more! All in the cause of recovery!
✨️Beyond Yoga and Wellness will be hosting a Free/Donation based Yoga & Sound Healing event from 4:15-5:15PM EVERYONE is welcome to participate. This will be a chance to encourage mindfulness, boost dopamine, & ease the mind into staying present.
✨️There will be an opening all-levels, FREE, Gentle flow from 1-1:40pm at the beginning of the event. We will open our hearts, speak if we choose, and create affirmations for our success ahead- all while supporting each other. There will be yoga mats and blocks available at no cost and zero experience is required.
✨Beyond Yoga & Wellness will be offering mini healings throughout the day including ️Aura Cleanses and Reiki.
🤯New apparel merch has dropped including Beyond Yoga & Wellness flannels, sweatshirts, Tshirts, Rocker & workout Tanks and so much more! ! Other new exciting merch includes fanny packs, sling bags, mini animal touch lamps, thermos/ mugs, stickers, keychains, & MORE! Come support local !! ill be Raffling off Free Gift certificates and MERCH during the event 😱
