You're invited to a free in-person breakfast at the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist (Cathedral Hall) in Lafayette, Louisiana. This special morning offers a beautiful opportunity to come together in prayer, gratitude, and fellowship as we honor the hardworking people of Louisiana and reflect on the powerful example of Saint Joseph the Worker in our lives.
Keynote speakers, including Lafayette Mayor-President Monique Boulet, will offer words of inspiration in support of workers across Louisiana — past, present, and future.
We will recognize the incredible contributions of Louisiana’s working men and women, including:

Louisiana proudly celebrates Saint Joseph the Worker Day, as established by Senate Resolution 116 during the 2021 Regular Session and unanimously adopted by the Louisiana State Senate on June 1, 2021 — the first of its kind in the United States.
