Everyone that comes to the holiday party must be vaccinated and show us their vaccination ID Card on their phone or hard copy. We'll send out some reminders to make sure everyone understands this. As for masks, you don't have to wear a mask, but if you want to wear one you can.

It's our mission to help you succeed. We'll be bringing together 150-200 tech professionals, the best tech companies in the region, awesome tech thought leadership and celebrating our achievements, networking and having a blast while giving back to charity.

Founded in 1999, Covenant House Pennsylvania (CHPA) is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year--ready at a moment's notice to offer safety and wellness to Philadelphia's most vulnerable youth. CHPA's doors are open to all young people who need help, regardless of their race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression.

MATT KOWALCZYK - FOUNDER-CEO - EXIT83

Matt Kowalczyk is a long time technologist and serial entrepreneur. Computer technology has been his passion for as long as long as he can remember. Other kids mowed lawns for money – he repaired Apple computers. He had the master key to his high school because he set up and managed its very first computer lab in the early 80’s.

After doing a stint developing applications for the NeXT in 1992, Microsoft recruited him straight out of Carnegie Mellon University in 1994.
