The 4th annual MBK conference themed "Future Force," is dedicated to empowering young men of color from middle school through first-year college, to realize their full potential and become leaders of tomorrow. Throughout the conference, attendees will engage in workshops designed to foster financial responsibility, mindset mastery, navigating complex systems, setting ambitious goals, and building a strong support network.
The mission of the conference is to equip young men with the skills, mindset, and community support needed to overcome challenges, seize opportunities, and make a positive impact. Together, we will explore pathways to personal growth, resilience, and success, inspiring each other to strive for greatness and embody leadership in all aspects of life.
