Welcome to GirevikAF’s 4th Annual Iowa Girevik State Kettlebell Competition. This event will be in person only. The event location is at The Current Hotel in Davenport, IA. This event is designed to introduce people to the world of kettlebell sport as well as provide more experienced lifters a chance to compete for glory. The meet will be using IKO and IKMF Ranking Tables for men and women.IKMF will be used for half-snatch lifts and pentathlon lifts (1 and 2 bell). Any rank that may have been achieved will need to be independently verified by Judi DeMuro (IKMF head judge - USA)
IKO ranking tables to be used for all other events. You can register for 2 lifts with your entry fee.
For increased competition between lifters, there will be fewer weight classes for placement only (e.g. 1st, 2nd, 3rd place) This will NOT affect your ranking weight class (e.g. Rank of MS, CMS, 1, 2, 3)
