CASA de ESPAÑOL, in partnership with Cielito Lindo Catering, will host our 4th annual festival celebrating mole, one of Mexico's most beloved dishes. Chef Ramiro Alarcon will choose and prepare 8 baroque moles from different regions of Mexico. Participants will learn about the history of mole and how Mexican cuisine transformed during the Spanish colonial rule fusing indigenous and European flavors to become one of today's most renowned gastronomical delights.Your ticket will include 8 moles prepared by Cielito Lindo Catering & a 15-minute mini-workshop to learn more about them. The event will also feature entertainment, music, dancing, and an artisan market with moles for sale.
