Welcome to the 4th Annual Discover Health & Wellness Fair 2025 in partnership with Live Healthy Gwinnett!
Come join us at 781 Athens Hwy Loganville, GA 30052 for a day filled with exciting activities focused on improving your health and well-being. This in-person event will feature a variety of vendors offering products and services to help you on your wellness journey.
Explore different booths, attend informative workshops with Live Healthy Gwinnett, and kids participate in fun bounce houses. There will be resources and presentations for Seniors 55+. Whether you're looking to learn more about nutrition, fitness, mental health, or holistic wellness, there will be something for everyone at the fair.
We are featuring several different vendors providing FREE Health screenings, resources, and services. Including: Diabetes You Can Win, Oak Street Health, GNR–HIV/STD, Pac the Barber, Northside Hospital-prostate screening, BPSOS-clinical breast exam, and much more.

Prostate:PROSTATE REGISTRATION
* Must be over the age of 35 or younger then 35 years old if there is a family history of prostate cancer.
* No PSA within 12 months.
* No abnormal PSA in the past.
Clinical Breast Exam (CBE): CBE REGISTRATION
* MUST BE UNINSURED
*Women MUST be over the age of 40.
***FREE Haircuts:
