4th Annual Capitol Sound Strings June Festival

• We have designed an exciting 3-1/2 day festivals for Violin, Viola, and Cello students to explore collaborative music in a variety of new and fun ways! Facilities provide cover from rain.
• Violin and Cello students (Suzuki Level Book 1-6/ASTA Level 1-4) will engage with others as we explore orchestral playing, fiddling, music theory games, group classes, and a daily play-in. We welcome students from both Suzuki and Traditional programs.
• The Advanced Audition Program welcomes Advanced Violin/Viola/Cello Students (Suzuki Books 7-10+ / ASTA Level 5 - 6). Students will work with members of the National Symphony and University of Maryland on standard professional orchestra repertoire, and participate in a daily ensemble and an audition seminar.
