Artists of all medium and abilities are asked apply to be a part of the 4th Annual Abled Hawai'i Artists Collaborative(AHAC) in Hawaiian Paradise Park, on February 5th-8th, 2026. Location and more details to be provided to applicants who are accepted. Our theme this year is "Entanglement."
Application deadline is January 15, 2025. See application link at the bottom of event description.
The finished artwork will be for sale and displayed for sale, benefiting the artists and AHAC at a local gallery in Hilo.
AHAC has its roots with Hawai'i Artist Collaboration(HAC) and Abled Hawai’i Artists(AHA). Our fiscal sponsor is Full Life Hawai’i. AHAC creates a nurturing, uplifting environment as an annual gathering that bring artists with and without disabilities together with professional artists, art organizers and educators to learn from one another, creating artwork together in a three-day inclusive event.
The vision of AHAC is to teach working skills to artists that will further their artistic expression and financial independence, and to create a true inclusive environment that will continue into the future; To showcase working artists with disabilities in the community.
