St. Paul United Methodist Church Health & Welfare Ministry is excited about its 4th Annual 3K Run/Walk Race. The 3K Race is designed to be healthy and fun for the entire family, so bring the kids. Your Body Is Your Temple, why not take care of it.
REGISTER A TEAM
NOTE: A PORTION OF THE RACE ROUTE INCLUDES A STEEP INCLINE.
- 7:00 am - 7:30 am Onsite Registration/Check-in/T-shirt Pickup
- 7:30 am - 7:45 am Welcome/Meet & Greet
- 7:45 am 7:50 am WARM-UP/Stretch
- 8:00 am Walk/Run Race Begins
- 10:00 am Walkers/Runners arrive at FINISH LINE (Tanner Community Resource Center)
- Walk Route: TCRC Center to Tucker Road Ice Rink and return to FINISH LINE at TCRC Center.
Can't make the race, then conisder making a donation to support future health and wellness events.
ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST SIGN A WAIVER TO BE ADMITTED TO THE RACE.
