4Play's gig on 15 March filled up so quickly that we have organised another gig for the folk that could not get a booking!4Play, one of Cape Town’s favourite and most enduring rock bands, are rocking the house with their first 2025 gig at Al’s Place on Saturday 12 April.
This gig will fill up quickly so make a booking soonest to avoid dissapointment!
It’s an evening of toe-tapping, foot stomping, bootie shaking music that includes music from the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s. The band consists of veteran rockers Peter Smith (rhythm guitar and lead vocals), Terry Welch (drummer), Ivor Norman (lead guitar) and Leon de Bruyn (bass and vocals).
Tonights playlist features a collection of the best music from the some of the greatest rock bands of all time such as: Eagles, Mathew Southern Comfort, Creedence C R, Smokie, Rolling Stones, Beatles, Chris Rear Bee Gees, Status Quo, Bad Finger, Monkeys, Billy Joel, REM, Grand Funk Railroad, Dire Straits, Queen, Joe Cocker, Steppin Wolf, Bob Marley, ELO and many many more! If that doesn’t ROCK your boat… you need CPR!
